Box of cents findings plus an Odd item

Was going through a box of cents, nothing really special , but 1-IH (1907), 10-wheaties, plus this UNUSUAL 1991-D Lincoln with a strange symbol. Can anyone ID this marking? Thanks in advance.

Welcome to Treasure Net !
They are fairly common and go for about $1 on Ebay. Still, it can create sort of a shock if you have never seen one before.
Another variety has the symbol raised, versus incursed as with your coin; and sells for a slightly greater premium.

I'd be happy with the 1907 Indian head cent. Are 10 wheatbacks per box about average for your area?
