I guess it depends on where you hunt. I have hunted Silver Trails Scout Camp, Camp Agawam, Camp Okimos, and one other that I can't recall the name of in Michigan and I have found a few of them. Three of the 4 scout camps are now closed.

They are not rare in my neck of the woods either. I have 26 of the Weblos and Boy Scouts Neckerchief slides combined. They do display nicely though the more you accumulate.

Ah Ha!, THAT'S why I thought that they are not often found, mystery solved, Scuba & Trezurshunter scooped them up. Perhaps I was wrong fella's, after all, growing up in Michigan I too was a Webelo, about 100 years ago, and you know, I lost mine somewhere around there, Scuba? Going thru some things, I HAVE found two cub scout, one webelo and two boy scout Kerchief slides, and Trezerhunter is right, put all together, a nice display, each one was worn by a kid who was pretty proud of it when he first received it, I believe I was.
