Braddock's Road
I had a busy Memorial Day weekend in W. PA.
On Saturday, I visited Meadowcroft Rock Shelter for the
first time. It is a very cool place.

On Sunday, I visited Bushy Run Battlefield, site of Henry Bouquet's
victory over the Indians, 5-6 August 1763.
And on Monday, I found a remnant of Braddock's Road.
While at Bushy Run, we were told someone had visitied recently inquiring
about Braddock's gold. Finding his road was treasure enough for me.
