Brass and lead objects

Any ideas on these two objects? No writing on either. Both heavy. The brass piece is threaded in center hole. The oval piece has two holes on back and maybe partially lead?

The thing with 3 holes looks like the base for a pipe hanger .

The one with 3 holes looks like the base of a window sash lock.
