Hello,

Need help identifying age of this brass barrel tap found yesterday in Carlisle, New York in Schoharie County. I believe handle is integral to vale without a removal key. Looks like bottom of valve stem is peened or swaged into valve body. Can't find any maker marks . Can anybody help with age and what country it was made in? Old house site is believed to be around 1800.

Thank you !

Georgian Era... which would be 1714 to 1830–1837.
