i got permission to hunt a house that dates back to the 1860's from a guy from work. i found two Brass crotal bells, some kind of a part with a "b" glassed over it and a copper back with a part number stamped on it. i also got what looks like a center part from a handle for rolling up the windows in the older vehicles, and some clad. Thanks for looking Tex

Nice Bells. Congrats!

Looks like a fairly good day.

The "B" might be the center of an old gear shift knob, or, out of one of
the old "Knuckle Busters" we use to clamp onto the steering wheel.
I believe we called them "Bobby Knockers" for some strange reason. :laughing9: :laughing9:

could be mikefromillinois it was found in the same general area as the bells. the only think that would make me think diff is the part number stamped on the back. thanks everyone.
