Brass button w/steel back. Found in town est. 1850

I'll try to describe because picture may not be clear.
Left center of the button there is a crescent moon above a solid 6 pointed star rising above the horizon. Right center it looks like a lighthouse. Bottom center has a figure in a boat, heading right. I can see an oar too.
