Found this out behind my parents property yesterday. No clue what it is. It is about half the size of a dollar bill and there is a small wood "peg" that goes thru the brass part. Any help would be appreciated!
Brass nozzle with wood peg?

Looks like a pole hook that closed the old transom windows at school, but I've never saw one that wasn't all brass. This one looks like it has an iron top.
