Hi! Today's walk is the result of a Bronze Age knife or dagger, very nice preserved, thanks to the forest soil.

Sweet! Gotta love finding something that old......

Very nice looking find! I'd absolutely love to find an old blade like that, congrats!

(very jealous :notworthy: )

What happens down there this year??? You guys pull amazing stuff on a daily basis! I would say early Bronze Age, 1800 B.C. Big congrats! :notworthy:

That is a very good find in amazing condition!

veery nice find :icon_thumright: gz! :icon_thumright:

Wow that is a beautiful old blade. Always amazes me how the super old stuff holds up. This new crap falls apart in 8 years. Big congrats on an awesome find

Great relic find and save! You have so very kind soil over there!

Thanks for all!!

Nice find, that dagger is still on my list to find at all. Never found one yet in 7 + years of digging holes.

Wow, what a beautiful find! I wasn't expecting it to be a riveted example, which are far more interesting and arguably older than 1-piece cast blades (which are also commonly faked). Looks like a $400.00-500.00 artifact to me, but that figure doesn't do justice to the historical potency of the discovery. Banner find!
