✅ SOLVED Bronze ? Two handled pot

Hello - this may just be a flower pot with two handles on it...but I can't come up with why it has two handles on on side of the pot. Seems like there must be a purpose for it.

Just wondering if anyone else knows.

The cylinder is maybe 7 inches tall and 5 inches in diameter.

I think it's bronze but I'm not sure.
