Brooch Identification

I found this small enamel type brooch at my local thrift store recently. It has no markings on the back. Just wondering
if anyone has an idea about who the maker might be. It has a C clasp on the back.

I think it might be a Bernard instone brooch. He was an English jewellery designer known for quality work.

It looks like quite a nice find.
