If anyone has a tip (old ballfields, Colonial homestead, cellar holes, etc) I would appreciate it. My 10 yr old is tagging along with me, and is WAY into the hobby. We have found Musket balls & China which always seem to turn into a history lesson on the drive home :-)

Grampa has some Merc dimes in a collection - If anyone is aware of old (1920's - 2XXX) ballfields or parks.. We'd appreciate it, maybe to find his own!

Not getting alot help are you? where abouts are you? I am by the airport not far from Marcus.
Do you belong to any clubs? I joined Westchester/Putnam a bit pricy but they offer some good gifts and some sites open up along with some good info! the club out of Stamford seems like a real nice bunch of follks and that one is aonly 20 bucks and they too will have some nice group hunts! coming up soon! Let me know if you want any more info?
