This is a few more of the possible big hand tools, possible fishing hook it looks like to eye has long since been lost? And some possible net weights? Thanks ... Mike

I think one thing that might help you A LOT in figuring out what is and artifact and what isn't is this. Forget the notion that Indians made tools with special notches to "fit the hand just so". That just isn't the case. I see where every rock you pick up with an odd shape you show how it fits the hand...most tools were not hand held but rather hafted with a handle. Plus the amount of time it would take to grind out a hole for your thumb just wasn't worth it. And no, thumbs did NOT wear holes into rock after being used for a long time. Look for flaking scars- 95% of the stone artifacts are going to be flaked out, not ground stone. Hope this helps..
