so got out today to a new spot with a new hunter( helix ) from this site super nice guy thanks again buddy for the invite .Been looking for one of these for 5 years and today was the day it was about 2 inches down I was so shocked I forgot to take a pic helix was right on it with his cam gotta love this hobby

Congrats on finding one of your bucket list items. Now, the question is what are you going to add to your list now? What I started doing was add something new for every item I crossed off the list. When I found my first IH penny I crossed it off the list and added a LC.

Very nice SLQ! Congratulations!!! Try this: put something on top of your list that is huge, but not over the top. A gold coin is very rare, so try some colonial silver or something else you want. Darn near convince yourself that you will never find it and BOOOM, it will show up! Worked for me twice!!

Again nice find! It was a nice change, hunting with someone else and on top of that they make a good find. You said bucket list as I was walking over and I was thinking "what"!! I thought I coved that area before. LOL! No nice find, any time you want to make the drive let me know.

Tinman congrats! Feels great to check one off the list. My big one was Spanish silver. Found about 20 old coppers then bang 3 Spanish. It's crazy how it works. When I stopped thinking about it I found them.
As for your pull tab wish list item. Simply research a very old site and I almost guarantee you won't find any. I rarely ever see them at my old sites. Good luck
