Buckingham Booster Club Watch Fob - Any information out there on this find?

I can only seem to find a reference to a 4H club out of Iowa but have no idea if they are related. Other than that........nothing. Any ideas as to the history of this club, what they are or who the little boy is? The manufacturer is written on the back - 'BASTIAN BROS. CO. ROCHESTER, NY'. It looks to have been originally silver plated and seems to come from a common watch fob mold. Certainly a strange looking fob/medallion....

Was this found in the Flint, Michigan area? There was a Buckingham's Department Store which arranged a booster club for boys in the 1920s. Here is an article from The Flint Journal 7/13/1922 also a link to some photos of the store after a fire in the 1940s.

Bramblefind - You Nailed It!!! I found it in Richmond, Michigan which is pretty darn close to Flint....so that makes it a perfect fit! I would have guessed 1910-1930 based on the other items I found along with it and the dress of the child pictured. THANKS for posting! SOLVED!
