budget video camera recommendations

looking to get a video camera that doesn't cost an arm and a leg that will be able to chest mount. Something that has at least a couple hours of battery life. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Buy one of the older GoPro cameras. You can buy a new GoPro 7 for around $150 on eBay. Not much difference between that one and the 8 or 9.
