I’ve made it through some more of the coins that I’ve inquired and I come across this buffalo nickel that weighs almost 2 g less than a regular Buffalo nickel I was wondering if any of the buffalo nickels might’ve been put on aluminum it even sounds different when you drop it on the table or was any of the buffalo nickels ever counterfeit it maybe that’s how much material has worn off over the years?

That 37' looks very unusual, could it be a bad attempt of a magicians coin. Look at the rim, looks tampered with.

Combination of thin planchette and extreme wear.

Also, I agree that the rim on the ‘37 looks a bit odd.

Time for more coffee.
