here are some examples that were not broken in the 1900's from farming equipment like tractors, plows, or discs
(I have about 50-60 broken ones)
3 are fairly nice and were found before they laid in the sun and got chalky and brittle

some are shovels and some are hoes, the short ones are the shovels

when some of them got worn thin they were cut off and the thin part was used for a squash knife

the last image shows one that had the end cut off

I have seen museum pieces that weren't as nice as your broken ones.

Those are freakin' awesome larson. That is one thing we just don't find around here.

Yep, I second that, extremely cool artifacts that most of us never get to see.

Very nice stuff larson.
Here are a couple of hoes I acquired last year and some nice bone fleshing tools and an ice glider.
