Very nice find. Excellent condition. Is that how you found it or did you clean it? If so how? I found one that looks very similiar is the same length and looks to be the same width. I dug mine about 6". It was underneath a shell fragment I dug.

Hey Frank,

No, I try not to clean my relics. It may have been dipped in water, but that was about it.

My bullet has that SAME exact mark, where it looks like the lead has been shaved or something. I found mine in a TN camp near Knoxville.

I have not cleaned it, this is how i pulled it out aside from brushing off loose dirt. I am trying to find a good technique to clean.

Thanks for the info. The very limited knowledge I have and reasearch I have done I thought it looked like one also, but I do not know.
