Bullets, cannister shot, buttons, part of a barrel?

About 3 hours at my permission spot yielded these. A couple shell fragments initially showed up, then the buckle, and then my first two buttons from out here. I also finally got my first cannister shot! A few percussion caps, a fired .36 ball, and then what appears to be an exploded musket barrel rounded out the day! What say y'all, do you think it is a barrel piece?
