Burning question...

There are sooooo many amazing finds that we CRH'ers make, from gold coins to huge amounts of silver, our finds span the spectrum of treasure. Why then, do we have so few banner posts? Are we too small of a niche?

Exactly. I live in a small town, I dont need added competition. Apparently I am the only one doing this where I live and that is a plus for me, There are not many banks here and I want to keep it on the down low. I already made the mistake of having a friend come with me to an auction where I scored $220 worth of silver coins for $82 and he wanted in on the action every time I went to an auction after that.

Fair enough. I'm not a fan of competition either. Just seemed to me that we are underrepresented on the banner.

10 years ago competition was light, now it is pretty bad. I buy more dumps now in a week than I did in a month back then. Oh well, it is still out there. It just takes a little more effort and a different approach.
