Last week of the year and everybody had time to detect... My hunting buddy, Sam Dann was down from Vermont and wanted to hunt.. He picked up a Rosie while I pulled a 1946 Wash. quarter..
I did a short hunt myself and dug a 1923 1 Shilling 80% silver coin from South Africa....
Then, I went out with Jason Schwartz, who put me on a nice 1865 2 cent pc in a farm field..
Mark Hess joined me and he pulled 2 pc of silver and I found a 1918 Merc dime, 1914 Barber dime and a 1948 Wash. quarter.
Today, to finish the year, I walked the farm field by the church again and pulled a 1902 Barber dime.
Crotal bell, pocket watch, ox knobs and a spinning gambling device... (looks like a dreidel )

An awesome way to finish 2018.If that spinner is a "Put and Take"one ,you have found a vintage spinner worth some bucks.Believe it or not.

Awesome!!! Congrats!!!!

thrifty76now, this is the 2nd put and take I found at this site.. the first one had a straight handle... this one is nicer. When I found the first one, someone told me what it was, I thought it was just a dreidel... thank you

Congratualtions the old coins and cool relics! :occasion14:
