I would Say Saudi Arabia also...Love those crossed Scimitars and it looks to be in fine condition...I am thinking that because of the state of Saudi Arabian affairs its somewhere between 1920 and 1932.

It is my understanding that the French used Palms on some of their things, but I do not know if your button is French. Just a guess.

Saudi Arabia became a country in 1932,to be Saudi Arabian it would be post 1932.I believe the swords and palm tree was on their flag until the early 1970s.
