Nice looking button. The crown on the buttons front would tend to make you think its British from across the pond. Is it Pewter? It looks pretty old. Can you tell if there is a backmark on the backside of the button? Congrats to you on a nice find.

This is the back. It was in the same hole as 2 clad dimes. 1967 was the date on one dime.

Anyone know what button this is?

Mid-20th C blazer button. About the same time frame as the dime found with it.

Most of them on the internet are listed as "vintage". I always assume that to mean "not older than me".
