I made out WATER CONN but there is more I couldn't.

So if you have a button book which I do, it gets very specific, Waterbury button company is the most famous button company in the USA making millions of different buttons, from 1790 until the present, each generation of the company used a different backmark, and depending on the backmark you can date a button to a certain period.
So it has to be exactly as its stamped.. Like is there a PERIOD between those words, is there one after those words, are there stars ? and where are they ? etc..

100% Maine state seal. (Mainah here) lol.
