I only see 2 military buttons both are the general service great seal, post 1902. The rest appear to be civilian. Nice soldiers and 3-ringers!

Are those crossed canon's below the locomotive??

The USLHE button is from the uniform of a member of the United States Lighthouse Service. I would date it early 1890s.

Hey, that USLHE button is a U.S. Lighthouse 'Establishment' button and predates 1886. A friend of mine found a couple in California a while back.
