Button with Arrows and Sunrays Old Indian?

I found several more buttons today. These tiny buttons are tough to read on my eyes. Take a look. I'd appreciate your feedback on this one. Thx
1) Appears to be arrows and sun and rays. Very very lightly etched on button. Any thoughts?
