Buttons from upstate NY

Here are a few buttons dug in upstate NY. I need ID's on all of them except the one on the lower left. The button on the upper right has a Scoville-Waterbury backmark. I can't make out the others.

Thanks for the tip. I've gotten a button book and identified two of them since I posted that message, but I still don't know what the ones in the top row are.
