Spent some time over the weekend in a recently plowed field where I have found late 18th/early 19th century coins and relics in the past, including KG1, 2, and 3, Connecticut and Virginia coppers and a 1794 Liberty Cap. Metallic finds have been getting fewer and further between every year, but the site is early enough that it is worth going over with every plowing. Recent heavy rains made it a lot easier to find the non-metallic relics as I eyeballed two arrowheads, a scraper, and a gun flint.
Today at the supermarket I stuck my hand in the CoinStar and pulled out two silver dimes, 1963 and 64.
