A friend and I decided to share sites and what a unbelievable day we had. We spent about 2 1/2 hours at our first location which yielded just a few finds. We both found KG coppers, a couple buttons and a few other old relics. After a nice lunch around noon we went to our second site and that's where I did cart wheels through the corn fields. This place is amazing and we have not even located the homestead yet. Literally 2 minutes after turning my machine on I hit a solid signal, out pops a mini ball. From there on it was one after another great saves from the frozen packed dirt. Altogether I recovered 11 mini balls ( 2 were pulls), a tent grommet, buckle, horse rein, 2 finials, cow tag, KG half penny (no date), My first seated 1853 dime w/ arrows, 4 civilian buttons, 1 General service which my partner dug then gave to me, and the reason I started cart wheeling LOL a US BOX PLATE
. This was just what I came out with not including all the relics my partner found. What a Day!! thanks for looking GL&HH
