Awesome, awesome, awesome!!! :thumbsup: Thanks so much for the ID. It must have been my great-grandfather Charlie's pin then. He worked for a WPA work program in N. Indiana along the rivers during the great depression.

More great info Surf! :thumbsup: My great-grandfather was an interesting man and was into everything. When he was working with the work relief program as a timekeeper along the rivers, he would drop bottles with notes in them to see where they would end up. I am physically looking at these notes that were found right now getting ready to write a story about it. One of the bottles he dropped in a river in Ill.in Nov. 1954 made it down to Louisiana and was found in April 1955. Another one was dropped in a river in N. Indiana on Nov. 1936, and was found in Illinois 25 years later in May 1961!!!! Very cool.
