Got out Saturday with my good buddy Chris " Gadirtfishin" to a place he secured permission for just a couple of days ago. It turned out to be a great day to dig some relics after all the rain had passed. Keep your eye out for his new Gadirtfishin video from Saturday. Here are my finds from the hunt all cleaned up. I believe to be the center portion of a folding umbrella as shown in Crouch's Civil War Artifact book page 53.

That was my guess also, just a little different (more "fingers") but the same concept.
