Please Read this in it's entirety.

This famous statement attributed to Pastor Martin Niemöller about the inactivity of German intellectuals following the Nazi rise to power. The text of the quotation is usually presented as follows:

“First they came for the communists,
and I didn’t speak out because I wasn’t a communist.

“Then they came for the trade unionists,
and I didn’t speak out because I wasn’t a trade unionist.

“Then they came for the Jews,
and I didn’t speak out because I wasn’t a Jew.

“Then they came for me
and there was no one left to speak out for me.”

Here is my revision:

“First they came for the dredgers,
and I didn’t speak out because I wasn’t a dredger.

“Then they came for the hard rock miners,
and I didn’t speak out because I wasn’t a hard rock miner.

“Then they came for the treasure hunters,
and I didn’t speak out because I wasn’t a treasure hunter.

“Then they came for me
and there was no one left to speak out for me.”

While many of you don't think what happens in California does not affect you, please reconsider your position. Please take the time to help save the California dredgers, it will have far reaching effects and possibly spare you the same pain and theft of freedom.

It's too late for California.

My sister in-law lives out there in "The Land of One Million Useless Laws". She says if you are building a home and you find a Native American arrowhead on the property, if the state finds out they will shut down the job site and bring in a team of "archeologists" living off grants to come in and take over. This is as mind boggling to someone from Georgia as Chic-Fil-A being closed on Sunday is to a Californian.

Californians just have to realize their state is being legislated to death. I've picked up bottles of industrial cleaners that have a specific warning just for residents of California.

California legislation has been digging the states grave for many years. And the dumb residents keep sending them back to dig deeper. How can you feel sorry for someone that keeps hurting himself? Someday the people of Cal. will wake up, but will it be to late? There are some good people in that state, but they appear to be out voted by the not to swift ones. Frank

Just got a PM from Buckey boy calling me an A-Hole for not helping. I explained that I can't vote in Cal. And only the people in cal. can change the situation by voting the bad lawmakers out. I think maybe he is to young to vote or understand the situation. Frank
