calling all experts outlaw will not register on this shell

hello , im kinda new to posting pictures on here so please bear with me . My outlaw will not pick this up in disc settings , by that i mean not even one setting in disc will the outlaw hit on this shotgun shell , but in all metal it will ring the bell , ive had it not register on barbwire fence also, i know its probably a certain kind of metal ,dont know if this is brass or not ,its a new shell that someone came out with,,,, any ideas metal detecting folk ,, Thanks,,,Reed

The pic of the Shell is not showing. With that said it could be a cheap cheap shell made out of a cheap iron or synthetic material that the detector will not pick up, who knows can't see the pic of the shell to see what your talking about
