i took the liberty of sending a link to this post to shannon butler she is currently one of the historians/tour guides at the Roosevelt estate
if she gets back to me i will let you know in the mean time please do not sell this book it may have a little historical value (depending on the story that goes with it)

that's neat, Eleanor's son sold off most of her items that were in her home in a big auction not long after her death This was one of the many books
