Saw the bottom sticking out of the dirt while Geocaching. One decal says Pepsi and the other side says Pepsi-Cola. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

I remember them in the '60s and into the '70s.

1958- ca. 1977 “Swirl” bottles with oval logo
ca. 1973-ca. 1987 “Swirl” bottles with “bookend” logo – square “E”
ca. 1987-1991 “Swirl” bottles with “bookend” logo – rounded “E”
ca. 1991-2000s? “Swirl” bottles with “ball” logo

Hey, sandchip and Don,
Thanks for the info. I should have sent a pic of the bottom. Is there any info here?pepsi bottom.webp

epackage,
Would the "5" signify the plant location--Charlotte, Michigan?
Don...
14 would be the plant code to the left of the OI mark, 5 is probably a batch number or mold number. 14 was the Bridgeton N.J. plant...

Thanks again e. I suspected the lone 5 would have been a mold number as is the lone digits on my canning jars.
