Don’t know Texas types but does have an older look to it, assuming it was found in the same area as the other one posted you could be on a paleo/early archaic site

Yes i found it extremely close to the other one I posted. Id say no more than about 6 feet apart

According to that site, it’s probably hard to see with a screenshot but the red strip over the middle of the United States is the range

That looks like petrified wood. Common in SE TX. If you found two, there are likely more there. Can you dig and screen there? A shovel test might tell you something. Dig some random holes and spread out the dirt and see if there are flint chips. Even raking the surface might tell you if it’s a camp site.
