Find a whole bottle and post pictures of it. With that much glass in one spot I would be certain you could find a bottle that is not broken. It is probably impossible to tell the age of broken glass.

The light green roundish shard towards the bottom left sorta looks like a pontil base, from what I am seeing. If so would be pre 1870's. Close up pic might help.

that color mix suggests to me 1880's to 1910's ...turn of the century stuff.
