Angel wings from Christmas decorations or Eagle wings from flag pole topper?

I was thinking a pin or a small brooch? or pendant? just a guess......

I did a search using: US military air insignia, spur" and then chose "images". Got a coupe hits of the image, but then had to search "17th Calvary Regiment" to get an image which I could copy the url of.
