well, it's from the sub-continent...perhaps Hindi.

i have a feeling, given the mix of English and the other script..and when it was written, that this may be an attempt at a personal message written using Sanskrit letters between "educated" people. It may very well be English transliteration.

I too believe it is Hindi
Perhaps the words written below:
कुछ भीतर की आत्मा को आत्मा बांधता
literaly "Some of the soul within the soul binds" as a Hindi might say.
Which is what google gave me for:
"something within binds soul to soul" as an English speaker would say.
