It is VERY hard to date these...
Candlesticks are one of the most common of all antiques...
AND all reproductions.
Reproductions were made identically to the originals many times.
Without a "mark" they are almost impossible to date/identify.

If you are looking for a value... these are only worth what someone is willing to pay.
If these were mine to sell... I would ask 10 dollars for the pair... and probably take 6... or even 5
Which is better than "scrap" price.

JFYI - Also I might want to point out...
Candle "holders" are one of the most produced items of all time... next to jewelry.
They date to the Cave Man.
