Can I use Explorer XS coils on the Xterra 705?

Thinking about getting the Xterra and I have a platypus coil and a 5 inch stealth DD for my Explorer XS. Can they be used on the Xterra 705?

No they are absoliutly different even if case on xtera DD coil the same like explorer 1050 or 1000.

Yep stasys is right on this, the way the X-Terra 705 is made with three frequencies , the Coils Low Med High are matched to the X-terra machines . And I think the 305 will only use two coils. Go to the Minelab Site page and they have a list of the coils , and what fits what !
