My younger brother found this when he was 12. It's a tongue and wreath style. How old is it? Assuming it's navy. Thanks everyone

Ridgeway Civil War Archive Buttons from Federal Navy one part flat buttons.

I couldnt find anything for a belt buckle that looked the same but i did find some old buttons that looks similar?
