Hey Creskol
It has an Asian look to me. Is that a broken hinge at 12 o' clock?

Hey Breezie .. What a pleasant surprise! ... Long time no see .. How in the world have you been?

[Anduril]

I also see an outline that looks similar to a three-bladed fan.

[Fourman110]

What’s the diameter and back side look like? From the image almost looks like part of an early 1900s compact.

The back is blank and it is a tad bit smaller than a quarter,

It looks like a steam engine valve wheel to me and the t shaped bar and oval ring might represent an old train car coupler. So, it might be railroad related.

[fyrffytr1]

It might also be a hand brake from a train?

Back-at-cha Creskol I hope you've been well . . .I've been a hermit trying to stay away from the 'Coronas!' And it looks like it might even be a virtual Christmas this year.
