Hey guys! I just need a little help with a symbol really fast if possible! Can anyone help me? I know it look a numerical 4 or 6 but I don't know why there is a line in the middle of the "V" and what it means. Can anyone help me? Thank you!

Can't you post a picture of the painting? If it's just art, then the extra stroke may just be because the artist thought it looked better that way?
