Hello, was wandering hat would be the best way to find out where old building use to be(where there are open lots now or other building s in its place). Maybe find out how old other buildins are etc. I live in south nj if that helps.

check out" Sanborn" maps on web, or better try your local library.

alot of older topo maps can be found at the USGS site,also if you can find the old BEERS atlas maps made back in 1866 it would help ya out!.....
sanborn maps in my own opinion are a waste of time and money to procure unless your a bottle digger!.....
