I found this at an old house site. It says FLM00 on one side. And on the other side says florida special

Looks like a type of bung wrench for barrels

Could also be a wheel spanner/socket wrench. It's used to remove the wheel spindle nut or wheel hub from a grinding machine.

Very similar to a vintage sprinkler head spanner wrench too.
Is it possible the "00" actually CO.? (the other letters being the initials of the company of course)... And are you sure of those letters? That wouldn't have been my guess, but my vision is slipping.

Yes that is it. I looked closer and it says CO not OO how did you know that. I looked sprinkler head spanner wrench tool and found some that look that same but I couldn't find one why the same FL MCO and Florida Special on it. THank you all for helping me figure it out.
