I found this about 10-20 ft from a flat button that was at the same depth. It has no broken edges and looks like cast brass or bronze.
I find a lot of odd stuff, some I can identify through searches, some I just don't care to identify.
I find this relic interresting and familiar looking but can't place it. I'm not even sure its old.
