Just doing a bit of tidying up on some older threads, mainly for the benefit of anyone searching the site for information.
Studio Silversmiths, Inc. was founded in 1999. They do make silverware (marked as such) but most of their output is unmarked silverplate. They offer various items of tableware in vintage styles, including glass. This is their trademark logo:
