Canada Small Cent & Nickel Partial Sets pre-1970 F/S Trade
I have 2 old Whitman albums with partial sets of Small Cents and Nickels from our neighbors in The Great White North.
The Nickels are from the years 1939, 40, 41, 42, --, 44, 45, 46, 47, 47, --, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66... Two shy (43 & 48) of a 27 year run. Some nice looking coins in here along with some average ones.
Small Cents start at 1940 and go all the way to 1969. 29 year run. A few of the later ones are really shiny. Many show wear to the high spots on QEII on the obverse, while the reverse sides w/the date and Maple Leaf still look quite nice.
Both books have a few extra coins in the obverse display slots. I've never been able to spot the shoulder strap so there may or may not be some different variations in the set of Small Cents.
Asking $10.00 or spot equivalent in "junk" silver coins (40% Halves, Quarters, Dimes) for both albums.
